We have a photoshop file that needs to be converted into a Campaign Monitor template. Some of the elements (such as the logo, etc..) will be permanent, while others will have to modifiable each time we use the template. This requires someone who is very profficient with Campaign Monitor and who has done this before. YOu have to be able to take a photoshop file, and cut it up into the necessary elements.
