Design pages in a magazine using Word 2010

I am looking for an improvement in the design of my magazine and am looking for the design of 5 pages only. Page 1 - is the cover page Page 2 - is the Instructions page Page 3 - is the featured males page Page 4 - is page 1 males in the magazine Page 5 - is the telephone request form page which needs to be inserted into the same document. My requirements - I want all the pages designed on Microsoft Word 2010 and NOT on any publisher software. I will then do 2 things - first print out this magazine and second I will save the word magazine as a web page. This is how it looks at the moment - [login to view URL] As you can see this is not modern and eye catching. I need every page to be modern and eye catching. On the page where members are described, I want to be able to type in about 8 profiles on each page and it must be eye catching an look like a magazine. I also want this page to be dispalyed in a good way on mobile phones and tablets. At the moment it is not. On the featured males page - I want a section for about 20 photos of members - under each phot there will be the id number. I have also enclosed my logo to use in backrounds or wherever. I believe this is a maximum 3 hour project so I will pay about $25 for this project. I am looking for highly experienced designers who are creative and experts in designing eye catching pages using Microsoft word 2010. alkl pages to be mobile and tablet friendly. i can provide more specimen marriage photos if you want ideas.
