AI and Photoshop artist needed

This project is in 2 parts: 1) Part one: I need a quick rework on a header. You can view the header live on its website here: [login to view URL], and in the attached zip file. The project is to make the entire header more flexible so that it can easily adjust to any width of a browser window. In its current version it doesn't look too good if the screen resolution goes much over 1200 px because the center people (the couple kissing and the couple at the couch) are always stationary. Therefore the very right side of the header tends to look kind of funny with high screen resolutions. When you are chosen as the service provider you will be mailed all original AI files. You will therefore have all source material and will be able to work the banner from scratch. Note that although the header looks very good I am open to suggestions on how it can be made to look even better. You should deliver the header in a html table, demostrating how it can be of almost any width. Prior to delivery I wish for a mockup, a screenshot or something of the sort showing how you intend to solve this matter. Part 2) I need two jpg banners of this header. One 468x60px, the other 764x100. You can arrange the banners any way you want, keeping in mind that they are advertisments for the [login to view URL] site. Payment is through GAF escrow only. Upon being selected as provider the entire fee will be placed in escrow. It will be released upon final and satisfactory delivery of the reworked header.
