Design new logo for company.

I require a logo for a new company. The company name is attached in document Name.txt. I have also attached a picture of the main character to be used in the logo in [login to view URL] I need this logo in both landscape and portrait. I also require it to be designed in Photoshop, so require the final files in psd format (I will not accept illustrator or any other softwares files converted to psds). My budget is $30 and i cannot increase that so please appreciate that any bids over this will not even be considered. I require this within 48 Hours.
