I would like to work with a experienced company and must keep my prices very competitive. We need to have our ads posted in the mornings and afternoons usa time. And would expect that you will have the capability to change the IPs. Communication is very important we can not afford mistakes. We will provide you with PVAs We expect to grow our posting business on a weekly basis. To start we will test 100 post per day with winning bidder.
