Cartoon Drawing Required!

I need a cartoonist who can provide me cartoons based on the texts I give him. The requirements are simple. I give a text (about 60 pages in total) to the cartoonist; then he/she will draw cartoons based on the text. The cartoons have to be humorous but also meaningful. The text is about English-Mandarin Bilingualism. I need someone to reflect my opinions and content in the text then draw it out according to his/her interpretation. You are free to express yourself, but has to be meaningful and accurate and humorous. When you bid, please bid for 20 cartoons. I am looking at 20 cartoons for about 60-70 pages of text. I will highlight to you certain parts of the text where I need more cartoons drawn on. I am currently beginning to write the text, so the cartoonist who works with me has to be patient. This project will drag until next year March. I expect the cartoonist to be patient, yet be able to meet deadlines. My deadlines are generous, an average of one cartoon per week. Upon completion of project, bonuses of $30 will be given to the provider who can provide up to expectations. Cartoons should ONLY be in BLACK AND WHITE, no color. Bid for non-color cartoons; preferably those one frame cartoons (like those political cartoons we often see in newspapers, humorous, yet meaningful) Please include samples in your PM.
