Hi, We require a square banner ad to be designed. An animated and a static version should be created. We need this TODAY as we have advertising lined up. Please submit your portfolio in a PM of your 3 best square banners so we can pick the best freelancer. Reply with word "JELLYFISH" so I know you've read all this. Our budget is $10-$20. You will have a lot more work as we will need more banners in the near future.
