Create a simple 3D modell in sketchup

Hi there! I'm doing a presentation and need someone to create a simple 3D sketchup-modell of the jaipr-knee. The award-winning knee-project for the developing countries. I need the 3D-modell to be created with each of the 5 plastic parts as separate solid objects so that I can animate it's movement later on. I consider this a simple project. See attached images for pictures of the product. There are also multiple youtube-videos available to better understand the design and function. I need a visual 3D-representation modell that I can render and animate and not an working exact CAD-model.
