Creative Writing project

I would like to send an email out to Graphic Designers in the U.S. Market. We are a printing company and would like to introduce them to a new product that we think will benefit them to get more clients, or to establish a better relationship with existing clients. I have a start of some writing concepts, but would like a professional creative writer to put the whole thing together grammatically, with useful points, information and how this will benefit them. The writing will be like it's a personal letter, talking to the graphic designer. It will explain the product, what the features and benefits are, why they should utilize it, etc. It needs to be catchy, to the point, and get their attention. The length should be no more than 4-5 paragraphs, with a call to action, web links, and a reply to receive a sample, at no cost or obligation. If you are interested, I will post an .RTF file with the information and copy to be worked on. Please provide a quote for project, as this is for a client and needs approval. Thanks.
