Assistance through Skype on how to build a mobile game app

Greetings: I am looking for someone to instruct me how to build a mobile game app. I have no coding experience, so I am looking for someone to suggest a certain drag and drop software to use which requires no coding knowledge. I'm looking for someone to guide me through on Skype each step how to create games for both IOS and Android formats to upload to Apple Store and Google Play in the software of your choosing. I have searched through countless software programs with frustration and don't have the time to look over each one thoroughly. I need someone who is already familiar with a drag and drop software to guide me through in a streamlined process from beginning to end to be ready to upload finished product to Apple Store or Google Play. Please include in your bid which product software you would suggest to use. The candidate must have good communication skills in English language for our Skype session. Thanks!
