Custom Home Multiplayer Blackjack Software Wanted

I am looking for a black jack software program that I can run at home of my lcd widescreen tv that hangs above my bar for my guests to play black jack. (for amusement of course) Some features: Each player gets their own account. House or admin sets up new users/accounts (by admin password) and provides them with requested (virtual)bank roll to play. Additional bank rolls must be purchased through admin. Admin then does not have "watch over game". Mins and max betting limits can be set. Different odds/rules can be set. (las vegas/Atlantic City) Graphics must be awesome!!!!!! see attachments. Set house limit (limit pot or amount house can loose) 6 player max. Sit in or sit out option blackjack payout (can control amount) System keep track of players and keep them in the system. Can Show Results BY DATE. Single user/player can play more than 1 hand at a time. I feel this should not be too difficult. Its for personal use only. Maybe there is already some OS stuff out there that can be customized for home multiplayer game play? thanks
