Winning bidder will be taking an existing set of web forms, some as long as 5 pages, and then rebuilding these forms within Flex. You will be given re-designed flows for each form, as well as PSD of what the design of the form should look like. You will then take those elements and create them in Flex, then take care of hooking the forms up so that info is submitted to an existing dB.
