Create a cartoon character by Flash

I need a koala bear character with many body parts & animation created with Flash 7 or 8. See more details in 2 attached files. For you to be considered, you must provide EXAMPLES of your work, otherwise, your bid will be ignored. • I must be satisfied with the quality of your work in order for the project to be considered complete. Failure to provide acceptable quality files will result in Seller being responsible for redo at their own time and expense. • At the beginning of the project, I’ll deposit 50% of the total amount to your escrow account as a guarantee. When all files is delivered, the rest 50% of total amount will be deposited to your escrow account. However, all money will be transferred to your escrow account only after I’ve finished reviewing all your works and satisfied with all of your work. • Please remember that I need to re-sell your work to my clients and thus require there to be no mention whatsoever of your company details. • Exclusive and complete copyrights go with all purchased work and such works cannot be resold. Ownership of finished works transfer upon payment being made. • This project will need to be completed within 1 week from the agreed start date. If you requires more time then a formal written request of this should be made. • Don’t disappear after you’ve been accepted. Daily communication would be highly appreciated. • If you are selected, you must accept the project within 36 hours. Otherwise, I hold the right to cancel this project and find a new bidder.
