Christmas card flash animation

My office needs someone to deign a company Christmas card in flash. Basic idea is an e-mail, click on the link and it takes you to the Christmas card that has our logo illustrated with Christmas icons. An illustrated snowman (with a scarf) walks on screen and balls up the "s" of the logo into a snowball. It throws it at the computer screen and as the snow falls away "Happy Holidays" is left. When we decide who is doing it, they will receive the company logo for tweaking. It is Pulse and we would like the "P" to have a Santa hat, the "l" can be a tree, "s" is made into the snowball and the "u" and "e" are up for creative expression with regard to the holidays.
