customize flash player skin

HI I have a flash video for which I am using a default flash video player controls. There are two things that need to be done now: 1. The skin need to be changed. it is designed already in vector format in illustrator. you just need to replace it with the default one in flash. 2. i want you to add a timer with the play controls that show min:sec of the time passed in video played. Since most of the work is done here don't overbid. I can afford much. Thanks in advance
