Pizza Builder

I need customers to create there pizza online and order it through a payment getaway that will receive data from XML file. I will do the payment getaway. I need someone to complete the project below: 1- All Items should be drag and drop. 2- If (Crust or Topping) dragged and not dropped on "My Pizza" it gets back to its original place, if else, pizza layer is added on "My Pizza" symbol. 3- Any layer is added to "My Pizza" price should be calculated with it //prices are included on the excel sheet// 4- On Sauce selection, each sauce can be dropped on My Pizza" 3 times only, there is no drag or drop but mouse curser will change to the selected sauce and when clicked on "My Pizza" Sauce will be added, price, weight and the mouse picture will be back to the sauce spoon. // images of desired mouse cursor are attached//. 5- On Topping selection, each topping has 3 times of selection, each time you drop a topping on to "My Pizza" the dropped topping picture will be changed for less and the layer of the selected topping will be added on "My Pizza" and price will be added too. //images of the topping levels are attached// 6- Customer has to have the ability of removing a selected (Crust, Sauce or topping), and there should be a box below that shows each layer on "My Pizza" with it price and weight. 7- Finally the Order button, is only shown when a customer is selected at least 1 crust 1 sauce, 1 topping. I need this very urgently and some one creative. i already completed the graphic side of the project and the above is whats remaning.
