Dating website

I got a dating website it has flash but I would like the flash changed to a flash similar to the flash on this website [login to view URL] I have a profile database that needs to be added to the dating website. The profiles that don’t have photos I would like photos added and I would like a more detail on the profiles like what kind of sex are they and what type are they. For my search page on my dating website I want detail to be added and deleted this includes the advanced search. For the fast search and advanced search for (likes) in the drop down menu I want (men, women, bisexual, transsexual, hermaphrodite,) and for (sex in the drop down menu I want (men, women, bisexual, transsexual, homosexual, lesbian, hermaphrodite,) I want (eyes), (skin) and (hair) to be replaced with ( countrey) (state) (zip code) but I do not want it replaced in the advanced search. I would like it to be added in the advanced search insead of being replaced and I want (weight and height deleted) but I do not want it deleted in the advanced search. I would like a flash intro for the website similar to this one [login to view URL] but I want it to show not just that you can find someone special but that the dating website offers giftbaskets and flowers and ebooks and e-cards And I want it to be skipable. I have a flash chat and I want it to also have to ablitiy to offer a webcam and pc to pc calling just like yahoo chat does. If the website does not already offer it I would like it so that you can have blogs on your profile (5) blogs for free members (10) blogs for sliver members) (15) blogs for gold memebers and (20) blogs for platinum members. I want a good discribtion that talks about the website and what it offers. On the bottom I want there to be a spot were I can do advertising for other websites I want it to be setup so that it will be easy me to add the links and discribtions for the advertising. For my giftbasket website it needs a good discribtion and it needs the dropshipper’s products and discribtions added. For the e-card website it needs a good descirbtion. For the ebook website I have not yet figured out how to add ebooks on the website If you can figure it out then I will have some ebooks that I will need added if you can’t figure it out then I would need you to set up my dating website in a way that I could offer ebooks. If you do figure it out then I would need ebooks added and the website revised. The websites that I have described are paypal intergrated I will need the intergration changed to a different payment method When you change the flash I would like the following tabs to be added Flowers/Giftbaskets, E-cards, Ebooks) and I want the flowers/giftbaskets tab to take me to the flower and giftbasket website, and so on with the other tabs. I will also need you to find a sponser that will pay for my domain names, and my hosting, and will submit my website to search engines and advertise my websites. I will also need it setup so that I can advertise my websites on places like myspace and friendster. I will need help figuring out the best and cheapest way to advertise I'm thinking that it might be creating accounts like on myspace and addvertising it like that if you agree that this is the best and cheapest way then you will be incharge of seting that up. note to bidders I had a freelancer that I hired for this website he had me pay first I did that and then he sat around and never completed the project I am out the money because of this so I will not be paying first if you bid you agree that you will do the work first and then get paid and you agree that you full understand the work and that you will get the work done in the time that you said you would and that you agree to complete the work as discribed and that you will keep close contact/communication with me meaning you will answer all my emails. if you have question please email me before bidding so there is no confusion on work.
