Creativer Webdesigner/Programmer needed Design aspect should be separate from functionality Some flash but not so much that it is overdone Videos should be optimized/compressed to load fast Use of template system Clean/neat coding w/ comments CMS/Admin panel so site can easily be managed by someone with no technical ability 1. Main functionality of the site will be like an online tv station 2. Membership capabilities where members can watch some content for free or purchase credits to pay to watch some content w/ extremely simple profile and member control panel so members can post videos to their own channel on the site 3. Online store for physical and digital goods 4. A/V flash chat (will be supplied) just needs to be customized/integrated to go with the site 5. CMS/Admin panel - must be able to update banners on the site, sell ad space, and update site content 6. Forum 7. Schedule/Calendar 8. Payment system will be paypal 9. Guestbook
