Complete coding from PSD, Plugins, Addons, Flash

We are looking for a coder who has EXTENSIVE experience in coding wordpress blogs. We need someone who can turn our PSD we has designed into a complete 100% post-it-and-forget-it interface. All of this with very friendly SEO capability. We need someone who is willing to ask us TONS of questions in what we are looking for with this project. We have a design in PSD. The design includes a "featured flash" area which needs to be developed into an eye-catching 'featurific' type scrolling, main featured posts in which we can customize: titles, the picture, how fast it scrolls, how it changes pictures, etc. If it is best to get the featurific plugin, then so be it. I would need it implemented perfectly. We can talk about this. Remember.. Communication is key with us! We WILL tip if you have excellent communication. Ask us anything you want. We want you to. The navigation bar up top will need to have drop-downs of sub categories on hover-over. Specific categories have not been thought up. This needs to be editable through wordpress where we can add categories and sub menu's as we choose The main posts design shall be moving down together with all categories included. The Barn Playlist shall be stationary and always be at its spot with selectable videos and an auto scroller between the videos in the "recent Gallery". Clicking on these brings you to the post with the video. Again, this must be customizable through wordpress. We need to be able to edit how it works and what shows there and if we want it scrollable or not. The "Barn Poll" also should be editable so that we can make a poll as we want. No login required to vote and view results. If there are already plugins that work like this, feel free to use them.. but install and edit it to fit this correctly. Adspace should be implemented in the sidebars/between posts. The sidebar, if possible should be able to hold 160x600 banners side by side without conflicting what is there already. We can discuss adspace once hired. The main goal for this is to make all the options available for us to easily edit. We are not coders or programmers and we do not want to have to dig into code to make changes to somethatint could could be automatically implemented into wordpress type “theme settings” tab. As much editable areas as possible should be implemented in a “theme settings” area for wordpress admin. This is a brief mockup of what we are wanting. The key is to have a coder with 100% communication with us so that we don’t have to go back and say “well we need this and we cant do it because of this” type deal.
