animated rotating credit card

I require an image of a credit card (an image I will eventually supply) to rotate aroung the screen. Nothing to fancy, just rotate, and maybe fly of the screen and fly back on and loop. Can also just be a one sided image, so when rotated it rotates and shows the same image on the other side.
