Animation for Website intro and Power Point importing - repost 2

I need two animations. They are displayed as #1 and #2 below. I will need both animations both in a format for an intro of a website and also in a format for a PowerPoint presentation. Both animations need to be in the two formats. The website animation formats has to be in a format that will display on Mobile device also. I will need both animations to be completed by the 17th of May. #1 Animation - This is a very simple animation. Open the attached Illustrator Logo and I need you to take the logo and make a very quick animation of about 8 to 10 seconds long. The Logo will be changing colors of all the color in the attached illustrator file very quickly. The logo will be 3" by 3" square in size with white background. The speed of changing colors should be fast like flipping cards. If you have to repeat the colors that is fine, and then it should fade in and fade out in the beginning and end. ---------------- #2 Animation PAGE 1) Black and white drawing still image of people heads like stick figures but only heads and with device that looks like Nano device in wrist hands of people, but this first image will display the people in a very large Olympic stadium. Everything will be black and white and in a still image. On the right of this image it will display the "Device features". Again everything will be a static image and no animation. (8 to 10 Seconds long). "Device Features" will be sent to you in a separate file after I reward the project. PAGE 2) It will zoom into one person like stick figure and animation will focus on device that looks like nano device on the wrist of hand of person and the device colors will change from White to Red to then Green and then Blue. Device does not have to look exactly like a Nano, but something like watch on the hand. Page 3) Then animate out from PAGE 2 of the close up of the person back to a large sized Olympic stadium in full screen and the people will be displaying all the last color from PAGE 2 (the color Blue) in these little dots from a distance that looks like all the people that are using the Nano device and are in sequence and then after 2 to 3 seconds the color blue dots from all the people in the stadium will convert and animate to a Mercedes Benz (see attached image). The Mercedes Benz image will have to be in pixels and not an actual image. It will be a collection of small dots that create the large image of a Mercedes from a distance to fill the large stadium . Then the image of the of the Mercedes that is in the stadium that is coming from the peoples hand device will move as it goes around the entire stadium. Mercedes logo must show on car very clearly. (I have attached an image of the Mercedes that I would like to resemble when it shows in the large stadium) . (I also have attached an image named "sample stadium look" just to give you an idea of a stadium and what it looks like with this sequence of lights. This is just an image to give you an example) ANIMATION ENDS Final note. I want you to show me a sample of 1 sample work that you have done so I can judge your skills. If you do not show me a sample, I will not even consider you. Timing is very important and remember that you need to deliver this project by the 17th. If you can not do it by then, then do not bid for this project. I don't know the budget for this project so I'm listing it as a simple project but I will wait and look at your bids.
