Custom Designed Adobe Flex Skin for AIR Application

I am working on developing an Adobe AIR application using Adobe Flex, and am looking for a great designer to create a great custom skin for the interface.

The software is a weightlifting software, and the design has to appeal to the market, people who lift weights. I'm looking to do something that is a bit darker, but easy to use and clean, but not easy to copy.

Ideally, you should be able to properly set this up as functional components that my programmer can work with in adobe flex. (drop downs, toggle buttons, buttons, calendar, etc.)

Here are some examples of skins that are out there that look pretty good.

The top 3 that I like on that page are: "Undefined Skin One" , "Brownie" , and "Kingnare"

Keep in mind that I will want to place my logo and a few basic icons on the interface, while keeping it light and fast loading.
