Create a flash game

Hi, I want to create a flashgame similar to this: [login to view URL] Like that game, the gameplay will be about collecting food and 2 guards will try to catch you. It would be more simple than the above game. The aim would just to collect all the food by going to them and avoid the guards. Aside from that, there would be more features which will make the game more exciting. For example, having powerups to avoid the guards. We'll discuss more of this later. You would also be task to create the graphics. The game will feature a real person and I will need you to draw him for the game. I want the graphics to also be similar to the above game or maybe better if you could. For some graphics like the background, food, you can use stock graphics that are free to use. But for the other graphics especially the characters, you would have to create/draw them. For the music, you can also use free music and sound effects available on the net. I also want the game to be sitelocked and have high scores system. Budget is 100$ to 175$. When you bid, please show samples of flashgames that you've created and graphics too if possible.
