Hello Sir I am working on flash / flex for last 7years . and in the mean time already developed several custom flash player . There are several flash player API in the market like jwplayer . they also provide wide range on plugin / add on advantages that thing is a big plus . From my job experience i think we should build a player as well as a very strong application store (plugin / addon / theme ) there are so many options i already thought about can implement on the player which are still not available for leading 3rd party players . i don't want to mention all of them . but can mention some ;) 1. Multiple audio track support . (single video with multi language audio track , bit common for desktop player ) 2. improved audio quality (there are too many videos which has poor video at web we can improve the audio quality (6 band equalizer or just volume gain )) there are so much possibilities which are still not implemented yet .
