Crowd funding campaign promoter / Social Media expert / Public Relation Media Consultant needed !

My crowd funding campaign on cell converters & solar cell chargers has in the past 1 month raised Rs 1 lakh (US $1,500) from around 179 backers. I want to raise around Rs 10 lakhs (US $15,000) in the next 1 month using social media marketing. This would involve - 1. Facebook promotions 2. Linkedin promotions 3. Twitter promotions 4. Youtube video promotions 5. Email / SMS marketing 6. Media coverage - both online / offline 7. Celebrity endorsements Don't really need Likes, comments or followers but rather contributions to the campaign either as donations or as rewards - min US $5 from outside India and Rs 100 in India. Basically need to reach to out to as many people as possible, direct them to the crowd funding campaign page, re-target / follow up with the visitors. At the same time need to be careful with the marketing i.e. people who have told not to be bothered should not get disturbed again or else they may complain about the campaign. Besides, I am not willing to pay up front and would like to work a profit sharing basis. Campaign promoter gets between 10-25 % of the funds raised. Campaign can be seen here - [login to view URL]
