This is an information request system via sms. Example: client text- yard sales, charlotte, today company text- weve found 3 click the link Client follows the link to a webpage that has all information. 1) Send bulk sms 2)Receive sms and input data to excel/MySQL 3)received sms can request info from excel/mysql server. 4)excel/MySQL auto responds to info request and returns text. the general idea is for clients to be able to text information to database that can recall and resend information when another client inquires. it needs to be fast. since i have no real experience, i need someone to suggest the most effective way to get this done. ****I need a software or script built***** in simple terms---I need free sms bulk mail system that is linked to a database that can send and receive sms automatically. please contact. if you feel like the budget is not enough. counter. please have some experience.

Hello. We have experience in sending free sms messages (to US operators operators only). Your project seems not complex. The only thing that I dont quite understand is what is the algorithm of sending responses. How will system know that we should send back "weve found 3 click the link". Who will input this link? Should this be manual on the first stage, and then if system finds SIMILAR request that was already answered, we are sending the same answer? Thank you.

I used to work for a bulk sms company as a developer so I've done something similar to what you want already. Obviously I won't be able to use the same software so I will write a custom one for you. Have you got a sms supplier in mind? The amount of automation we can do will depend on the type of APIs they have available. Feel free to ask me any questions that you may have.
