I am a reseller for an internet and phone service provider. I am looking for a data entry/sales support person who can be available within 30 minutes notice during business hours for US time zones. When my sales people get a sale they will need to send a pdf agreement to the cutomer. My sales people may also encounter existing accounts using Charter services and they will want to find out what services they are currently using. The project entails 1) Going on an online portal and following some simple steps to create pdf agreements that you will email to my sales person and she will email to her customer. 2) Calling the Charter sales support hotline and getting information about existing accounts when my sales person requests them.

1. Quick learner that is excellent and accurate at data entry.
2. Must have good english skills because you will be calling charter support and must be able to ask the appropriate questions and understand their answers.
