This needs to be desktop application which does not require an installation. The aim of this tool would be to break down a very big CSV file (400000 rows x 12 columns) into smaller CSVs based on criteria. you should know how include the functionality of selecting files, defining a output path, and how to create windows folders and new CSV files on button clicks in the application. All the Requirements and Features You've mentioned could be Provided in Excel using VBA Programming. You'd be able to define Parameter criteria for dividing the csv files and their naming conventions in Excel cells. I started working in Excel since the start of my career in 1998. MS Office used to come along-with Windows 95 installation at that time. I have experience in developing data enter/edit functionality in MS Excel using VBA, i.e. using a spreadsheet for Data-entry form and another one for Data-storage. Can deal with any kind of complexity related to VBA and Excel formulas. Have vast experience with Excel Pivot Tables and Graphs as well.
