Looking to desgin Employee Benefit tables from top to bottom grade (15-01) 2 seprate shets one for Nationals & other for residents. 3rd sheet may pertain all benefit & per grade (national / resident) on main sheet upon selecting group (resident or National) and after this selecting the grade , sheet should display beenfits of taht particular selection.
This need to be designed in a way which is easy to modify so if there is upgrade in benefits accordingly sheet pertaining all benefits details can be updated.
