Data analytics

Hi, We run an operate a cafe in 8 location and we have a reward system. We have collected users data, date of birth, rewards earn, rewards spent, etc and would like to make sense of the data we've collected. With the data collected, some users are using an app which we can track name, DOB etc. but some users are using a reward card where we can't track those info. I am looking for something to put those data into stats that we can understand mainly around: • Age of each user (from their date of birthday listed) • Percentage breakdown of each age • Each users monthly transaction average (they'll need to work out how many months since sign up and divide the number of visits by the number of months) • Number of visits broken down in percentages eg. 20% visited once a week, 40% once a month. Will need to do it for individual shop and also a combined list for all stores. Will also need to break down the user group from people using the app and people using the reward card only. The way to differentiate them is based on name and DOB. IF there's no name or DOB, then those user are using rewards card. Data info attached. Regards, JL
