Coding: Get data from online-archive

Hello Coders,
I need a program, that can retrieve data from an online-archive, presented in table-format. The archive is flash, so the software has to do the job using OCR. The data has to be saved in a csv or Excel-file.
There are two Levels:
- LEVEL 1 (DAYS): 30 days, Each day contains one or more sessions
- LEVEL 2 (SESSION): Each session includes up to 150 single events
The end-result should be a csv or Excel-file that contains all the events row by row. Does not have to be sorted by days or sessions.
As you see in the included video the job of the program is to go backwards from today for 30 days and grab the data of each day row by row, that is found there in the table. The main sort-factor is the Date & time in column 2. In the end the retrieved data will be row by row.
It is in german. For better understanding, here are some words, that appear in the film.
1ST LEVEL (DAYS)
Heute = Today
Gestern = yesterday
Suchen = seacht
Schließen = Close
Spiel = Game
Datum & Uhrzeit = Date and time
Runden = Rounds (number of sessions)
2ND LEVEL (Session) as in time-code 1:22 or 2:59
Anz = Number of events (in this session)
Drehen = Turn
Erhalten = Received
Gesamtgewinn = Total Win
Spielguthaben = Available amount
