Create SQLSERVER SP to create Excel file

Hi
The following is required:
SQLserver has MYQUERIES table contining a SELECT query to be executed and a file path.
I need a Stored Procedure that can take an MQ_ID as a parameter - from that lookup the query to be executed plus the output file path.
The SELECT query will be executed, the file saved to the path [as XLSX and as CSV], the 'success/failure' status logged and the outcome outputted [eg 1=success,2=failure]
I will be calling the SP from PHP, that part is all done - just need a SQLSERVER guru to do the create Exceldoc part. I've tried doingin in PHP but it takes forever and have memory issues - it can all be done in SQLSERVER I'm sure.
I am runnging SQL2008 - needs to be tested with 2012 in case we have to upgrade at some point.
