The task does not sound difficult. But I am confused a bit by the task description -- do we want a web page or do we want a small program which can sent data to certain website? If the latter, may i have the url of the website? It is not difficult to write such a program, but I am not familiar with website building. I think the total cost will be around 300 USD.
