Hi VWM. I have been doing Excel projects to optimize spreadsheets count by removing the duplicated data and I surely can manage one for you very easily. I believe it can be done within Excel and you might not have to migrate to Access. However upon having a look at the structure of spreadsheets I will be in a better position to propose anything.
