Hi there, I own a bespoke catering company (Chef’s Compliments) who specialise in small dinner parties and cooking lessons. The company has been going for 7 years and I’ve just bought it over in January. We already have one VA who works two hours a day, one in the morning and one in the evening and she deals with organising through email and phone, client’s dinner parties/cooking lessons, costing for clients menus, invoicing clients, organising chefs. I usually do all the menu design and we have some Spring/Summer sample menus on Box and the costings are already laid out. We also use Krystal Horde as our email server and everything is kept on box. This time next year I will be aiming the company at doing bigger events (100+) and will be getting the website redesigned to be aimed towards this kind of client. Hi Darryl, I may not have an experience at dealing with websites but I am into event planning. Personally, I have many experiences in planning events. And since by next year you are aiming for bigger events and getting your website redesigned. I might just be the person on the job. I plan to set up marketing strategies in which you may find very helpful in your project.
