Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Reports to: Line manager and Team Leader

Salary: £16060 annually (starting salary)

Hours: 40 hours weekly

Location: Piccadilly Circus

Contract type: Permanent (upon completion of probationary period)

Job purpose:

At Vivastreet, our Customer service representatives act as the link between the customer and the organisation. They ensure that customers are satisfied with the product or service, and so maintain profitable customer relationships. They are the heart of our First Class CS team. Knowledgeable, keen to solve any issue to reach Customer satisfaction, willing to learn even more about the internet world, they always seek and deliver top notch customer service. We do not use script and encourage all our CS representatives to engage genuine conversations with all our customers.

We are now looking for a French speaking individual (native preferred) to join our award winning team and help with the content moderation and customer care of the French site.

We are keen on finding and developing talents. You will be provided with trainings and advice to transform your CS job into a CS career. Your career can move from CS Representative to CS Manager with our training program.

Main duties:

- Dealing with users’ complaints and queries via phone and emails

- Ensuring the safety of the website (ads reported by users, live quality control and scam prevention)

- Communicating live with team members and management to report issues and updates

Our candidate’s ideal profile (tested upon reception of CV and during Interviews):

- Fluent in French, good command of English. A good level of Spanish or Portuguese would be a plus!

- Excellent standard of literacy and effective written communication skills for writing emails in response to complaints and enquiries.

- Effective verbal communication skills

- Past experience in communicating with customers via telephone and emails

- Past experience in working in a web based environment

- Past experience in dealing with difficult or distressed customers

- Committed to delivering first class customer service: always going the extra mile/not satisfied with the minimum

- Basic understanding of Excel and reading spreadsheets

- Basic numeracy skills

- Intermediate to advanced use of Office package and Google documents

- Willingness to undertake training and personal development

- Capacity to work effectively with others

- Ability to act on own initiative

- Ability to adapt easily to change

- Ability to deal with a demanding workload and to prioritise accordingly

- Able to follow rules and protocols

Starting Salary: 16K per annum + quarterly bonuses
