Complete FTTH project using QGIS Software

Hello, I put the attached(kml) map with all points that FTTH project has to attend. For each point marked on the map attached, will be 4 customers (ONTs). I need the complete project in QGIS software, it needs to know how many meters of fiber will be needed. I also need to know how many splitters and the like will also be needed. It is important that the "last mile" is to drop optical fiber. At this very project that is delivered this:   1 - Quantity meters of optical fiber required;   2 - Number of splitters;   3 - Number of meters, optical fiber type drop cable;   4 - Number of any other item required to operate this FTTH network;   5 - Recommended OLT;   6 - ONU / ONT recommended;   7 - QGIS file with all mapped information; [login to view URL] [login to view URL]
