Check over our design for Wind Turbine utilizing an Inductive Generator

We are in the process of designing a wind turbine utilizing a simple Inductive Generator. We need our design verified before we hook the first prototype to the grid. We are using off the shelf inductive motors, gear boxes, and other parts. We will all provide technical details on the hardware (motor, gear box, turbine blades cross-sections and length).
Requirements:
We need someone with real world experience with Inductive Motors and Inductive Generators.
Desirables:
Wind turbine experience
System simulation capabilities .
Here are some of the questions we want answered:
If we connect a three phase 220V or 440v induction motor directly to the Grid what will happen?
A) It will trip a circuit breaker?
B) It will burn out the induction motor?
C) It will cause the motor to run at the sync speed of the motor?
D) It will stop consuming power from the grid?
E) If the motor is driven faster than its sync speed, will it become a generator?
