Convert SQL to more efficient SQL to populate a database

The following SQL is used in a production app in Silverlight. This was developed some of which on-the-fly. There are some aspects that can be changed such as use of temp tables in some cases. <[login to view URL]> The first item to do though, is to change the SQL to create on table which has been created as a means to have one unified data common table. Currently as you see several tables are used with various on-the-fly type of code, which is working in production environment. So this new SQL will be the driver of the data that goes into the Silverlight app, so that the work completed must work on this app. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
