Build database structure and CRUD functions and forms

For a small shipping business that needs web application, the coder will: - Establish database structure: main tables are customer, orders, order details, shipments, shipments details, payments received. Some more tables, including parameter tables (branches, prices,..) - Supply necessary forms with or without CSS - Platform is PHP/Mysql (please see below on desktop application) - Write CRUD functions - Using OOP, PDO including transactions would be a plus - Understanding French (no need to speak or write, just read) would be a plus but is not a requirement - More details will be supplied to interested coders. The application will be used in 2 countries. Database will be on our server. Desktop application can be considered, provided the data is hosted on our remote server. Coders with no or few ratings can compete, provided they supply evidence of successful jobs elsewhere.
