Bug Fix rendering of site (Joomla 1.6)

Our website [login to view URL] will not render properly. It is running on Joomla 1.6 with a component installed called RSEvents! and also on a template we bought called JSNEpic (all of the modules have documentation) A quick look into our homepage reveals there is a rogue css file that isn't loading causing the entire layout to fail. e.g. [login to view URL] does not have a sidebar, mootools menus will not render properly but <[login to view URL]> renders absolutely fine. We can give SSH/Joomla access for the winning bid, the site is being run on Hostgator.
