Hi - THIS IS URGENT
we are providing help to students in our town and running out of hands to do all the questions. if you are a civil engineer/structural engineer or studying these subjects in uni we are a constant source of projects for you.
currently we are looking for people who have skills needed to solve certain questions in the STRUCTURAL DESIGN ACTIONS chapter. this project serves as a test project with at least 5 much bigger projects coming. if selected bidder does well, expect a lot more work.
we have three examples which are in the subject of Structural Design Actions. Please solve these with clear steps and working and submit back to us.
ATTACHED FILES
--A summary of questions is provided below but i will also attach a pdf version for you with all the diagrams.
--Another file with all the onesteel values needed to solve questions is also attached.
Do not bid if you cannot solve questions properly. Payment will be made immediately after work has been submitted back to us and we have verified the correctness of solution (max 12 hours)

Question 1
---------------
The floor shown in the figure below with an overall depth of 250 mm (reinforced concrete slab) is to be designed to carry an imposed load of 4 kPa. Assume that the beam weight is 50 kN/m. The unit weight of reinforced concrete is 20 kN/m3. (Note: Generally strength limit state is used to calculate design actions and beams are on the same level unless otherwise specified)
(1) Draw the tributary areas and calculate the design loads acting on beams B1-B3, C1-C2 and C1-D1.
(2) Determine the design shear force and bending moment for the strength limit state for beams B1-B3.
--------------
Question 2
--------------
For the floor plan shown below the dead load consists of the following:
o o o
corrugated steel deck with concrete fill = 2.0 kN/m2 acoustic ceiling tiles = 0.15 kN/m2 vinyl floor tiles = 0.05 kN/m2
Assumption: Beams “A” and “B” are simply supported.
Your task is to:
(i) Determine the design loads (dead + live) for typical steel beam (secondary beam "A", its span is 8 m) and girder (primary beam "B") for the office building shown below according to AS1170.1 Structural Actions Code:
i. strengthlimitstate ii. serviceability limit state (long term and short term)
(Hints: live loads (imposed actions) can be obtained from code AS1170.1; Load path: floor → beam “A” → beam “B” → column)
(ii) Proportion I-section members for both beams (“A” and “B”) to limit the short-term deflection to span/250. (Hints: Choose members from OneSteel Tables)
(iii) Determine the design moment (M*) and the design shear (V*) for the strength limit state for beams “A” and “B”.
(iv) Calculate the deflection at the midspan of beams “A” and “B” for the short term and long term service loads.

question 3
--------------
For the floor plan shown below the dead load consists of the following:
o o o
Your task (v)
(vi)
corrugated steel deck with concrete fill = 2.0 kN/m2 acoustic ceiling tiles = 0.15 kN/m2 vinyl floor tiles = 0.05 kN/m2
is to:
Determine the design loads (dead + live) for secondary steel beams “A” and “B” for the office building shown below according to AS1170.1 Structural Actions Code:
i. strengthlimitstate ii. serviceability limit state (long term and short term)
Determine the design moment (M*) and the design shear (V*) for the strength limit state for beams “A” and “B” (hint: you need to investigate loading patterns and then select the worst case scenario).
