Develop a PBC board for a product

The aim is to develop a board similar to the raspberry pi but with less components. No hdmi, no ethernet/Lan, no GPIO and no RCA video. It would have an integrated WiFi module. The only output on the board will be a 3.5mm audio out. The processor should be able to run a miniature form of Linux. 700 MHz CPU, 256 MB ram, and power input of 5v. The project must be concise and cost effective. Good work will be rewarded with a bonus. Other simple details will be discussed with more clarity. Access to Casing and manufacturing is also recommended. Your bid will be for design and initial prototypes along with all files for manufacturing. Good, and fast communication is also recommended.
