Algorithm to take XL file with huge database of websites and get who-is details for the all

I was wanting an algorithm to take an XL file of all the websites of all the companies in the FACTSET database (this is 24mb file with 100 thousand plus websites) and to do a who-is extension for them. Eventually I will want to be able to put this in a database and do things like work out all the companies headquartered in Arizona (headquarters address in the file) but where the website is registered in Vancouver. ## Deliverables The main determining factor as to which bid will be chosen is that the data comes back in a form which will make it useful for putting in a database which will do other things with the data.
