camtasia video loading animation needed...

I have a camtasia studio project created with MP4 and expressshow option. So when it shows up on a webpage, the video loads with object tag and shown to the visitor. For slow internet connection there is a lag between the time the page is opened and the video starts. The screen remains black. I need somebody to figure out how to put a animated gif (showing video loading..) at this time. This may not be camtasia problem and maybe done using css, js, jquery etc. I will show you the exact page and the html code etc. after you ahve put the bid.
