Apply Two Design Automation Relationships to an Existing CAD Model - Solid Edge ST3

Using Solid Edge's "Synchronous Technology", define relationships of an existing single CAD model to be manipulated given two dynamic measurement inputs. This is a 'design automation / CAE' project. Please read attached documentation before bidding. Download the attachment and review the actual CAD file, relationships needed, and the two illustrations provided. Along with your bid, please indicate the number of days needed in order to complete this project. Additionally, if you have any similar projects which you have completed, even if it's not the product genre, please provide as an example.
