Design two house/villas with connecting homestay, with building site plan. House/villas will be 100sqm, 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with a built-in fold up double bed, villas will be open living design (Australian term - enclosed house but open living within the house closure walls) Homestay to be connected to house/villas with 10 hotel style rooms, one bedroom 1 bathroom. House/villa are to be located at opposite ends of the property with the homestay section attached to each house/villa. 1 small swimming pool will be required for each house/villa and 1 medium size pool for homestay guests. Land location is in Jimbaran, Bali, land type is stable limestone rock [login to view URL] building specifications (including engineering drawings) must comply or exceed Indonesia building requirements (generally a house designed to Australian standards will exceed Indonesia standards), including building earthquake rating. But please be aware that all buildings must have elements of balinese design and architecture, this is a must.
