Construction Drawings and Rendering

I have the land and parcel map that has 7 parcels ranging from 331 sq mts to 2500 sq mts. Planning to build on Site #2 with stilt parking on ground level(2.4 mtrs above ground) and 4 additional floors. Each floor is approx. 2200 sq. ft and am looking for 3bd 3 ba with balconies on 2 sides. I need a full set of floor plans, interior renderings of the bedrooms, bath, dining and living with construction drawings prepared based on a AutoCAD. Final drawings may need to be revised afterwards for engineering approval, your bid should reflect this. These will be reviewed by a peer architect in order to be approved. The renderings for the full project should be prepared showing the units that will be put up on all the 7 sites based on the site area and the FAR The drawings should be detailed enough for me to obtain accurate quotes from all sub-trades involved in this project. Please quote approximate turnaround time for the entire project, approximate billable time and a proposed budget. Am looking for the detailed drawings and renderings for One unit of the seven and based on this work the remaining follow on work.
