You have asked for schematic,which is OK , but you mentioned simulation, in orcad I expect it to be done in PSpice, are PSpice model of all the devices available from vendors? Highly doubtful,If not, no way this can be done in this bid. else schematic, netlist,which can be exported to layout can be done.

Solidworks 2014... - The board can be small to large: up to thousand components and high density constraint, high speed signals, PCIe, SFP, DDR3...etc. - Multi layers boards. (2 layers up to 40 layers). - Multi people to work on the board to meet your schedule. 2. Working Proceduce: 1/. We will estimate the working time. If you approve the working time, cost, and schedule, we will start to work. 2/. We will send you the daily report to report status and bring up any questions/issues regard to 3D, schematic, layout (block diagram, documents, guidelines, ...). 3/.
