I need a sketch and circuit to rotate a stepper motor to (and then hold at) any one of six positions (60 degrees, 120, 180, 240, 300 and its resting position, which we'll call 0 degrees). On the closure of one of six toggle switches, the stepper will rotate to and hold the corresponding position. On release of that switch, stepper motor will return to 0 degrees and power down.
While any of the switches is closed, the Arduino also should close a 5-volt relay and keep it closed for an additional 5 seconds after the switch is opened.
Project will use the components I have: Arduino Duemilanove w/ATMega 328 and the LadyAda motor shield, plus a 4-wire 12V stepper with 7.5 degree steps. (I'm using a stepper for torque; it's turning an 18-inch disc of thin wood).
Circuit should be able to be powered down and retain its function, and I'd like the stepper to not have to be powered on except when it's rotating.
Deliverables from you would be the Arduino sketch with any libraries required, and a simple schematic and pinout drawing so I can build it.
If you feel the project needs other components than what I'm using (different Arduino, etc.), please let me know. Bonus if you can deliver in 48 hours!
I have working with Arduino projects the last three years. The type of work described by you is within my skills. I am very interested to assist you in your development needs.
Hi ready to get Bonus, Lets start it. I have Arduino Hardware, Relay and stepper motor too. Can provide you fully tested code. Please discuss and lets start
Hello there. Please check your PMs! I have done this before. I have even built a CNC driver and CNC! I am the cheapest at the moment. I guarantee your satisfaction!
HI,
I am already working on arudino boards for its interfacing with haptic device and industrial robotics for handling different types of motors. I am confident to do it. Let us discuss more.
Hi there. I graduated Electronics top of my class at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca Romania.I have designed various projects including main quadcopters, wireless communication devices, miniature robots and so on. I can have the project ready at the 50% milestone and you can pay me the rest of the sum after you've made sure that the project is ok.
I guarantee 100% satisfaction and I'm waiting for your reply.
Thank you.
Hey, I can be the one...Check my PM. You will know about my work. I have vast experience on Arduino. I have worked on it in my proj of RepRap - 3D printer, in which i had driven three diff steppers through it. Please consider my proposal. Thank You.
